Breakfast: Green onion and cheese omelet
Lunch: Sea Scallops and broccoli in a butter sauce served over brown rice pasta. This was topped with homemade aged cheddar that tastes and looks more like parmesan.:) I really like using homemade cheese.
Dinner: grass-fed beef paddy with cheese and lacto-fermented mustard. We also had sauteed onion and zucchini
So, I didn’t post yesterday. I don’t plan on making a habit of skipping posts, but we have been quite busy around here. Yesterday we had eggs and strawberries for breakfast. We ate out for lunch and dinner. Free Birds for lunch and Sushi for dinner.
